All services are subject to availability, project review, scheduling, and site conditions.

Pricing, estimates, calculators, and information shown on this website are provided for general informational purposes only and do not represent a final or binding quote.

SURFACE CONDITIONS

Concrete surfaces may contain hidden conditions including moisture issues, cracking, structural movement, contamination, previous coatings, uneven surfaces, or substrate failure that may not be visible during the initial review process.

Additional repairs or preparation may be required before installation begins. Atlas Empire shall not be responsible for coating failure or performance issues caused by pre-existing slab conditions, moisture intrusion, structural movement or conditions beyond our reasonable control.

COLOR AND FINISH VARIATIONS

Epoxy flooring systems, including metallic, flake, quartz, and decorative finishes, are custom-installed products. Final appearance may vary due to lighting, material batches, installation conditions, texture, gloss level, and concrete surface characteristics.

Website photos, renderings and samples are intended for reference purposes only and may not represent the exact final result.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area before installation begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer shall remove vehicles, furniture, equipment, inventory, and personal property from the project area prior to scheduled work.

The Atlas Empire is not responsible for damage to items left within the work area.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, designs, and code, are the property of Atlas Empire and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
